Nah.
Not
Another
Hour
Nah is a book and journal that guides women in crisis through steps of what to do after a crisis in your relationship where you feel unsafe for yourself and your children, and what can happen if you do not. Recognizing the redflags and what to do as you make the decision to put yourself first, before the person who is causing you harm. This book was launched during my time working on a project with the CDC to evaluation hundreds of thousands of violent deaths in the US due to domestic abuse.
This book is also beneficial for family members, friends, social workers, law enforcement, teachers, and anyone who may currently or in the future have an impact on this vulnerable population.
